After going through the win-back campaigns and not getting their homes insured by us, leads went back to being stale. After researching their psychographics and learning about their needs, I strategized newsletters to educate and convert those leads into home-insureds that trust us - by sending them actionable resources, gaining their trust, and providing guidance.
